As Principal
Contractor we would, for the CDM (Construction Design and Management) regs:
- provide
input to the Health-and-Safety Plan
- ensure
co-operation between all contractors with respect to health and safety
- ensure
that everyone complies with the Health-and-Safety Plan
- allow
only authorised persons access to the site
- provide
the planning supervisor with information pertinent to the
Health-and-Safety File
- provide
comprehensive information on the risks to health and safety to all
employees of every contractor and provide appropriate information and
training for the same
- offer
advice to employees and the self employed on health and safety issues .
